Before & During Service

Q:🏡 Do I need to be home during the cleaning?

A: Not for exterior services. For interior window cleaning or gutter work, we’ll schedule a time that works best for you.

 

Q: What should I do to prepare for my window cleaning?

​A: We appreciate it if you can move any furniture or fragile items away from the windows. Don’t worry — we’ll handle the rest with care.

 

 Q: What if it rains on the day of my appointment?

A: Light rain doesn't usually affect the quality of our cleaning. If the weather is too severe, we'll reach out to reschedule at your convenience.
